Three ways to insert pictures into document:

1. Click insert - choose location of the picture - choose the picture - click insert.
2. Drag the picture from the folder.
3. Choose the picture - right click - copy - back to document - paste.

Size of the picture

1. Double click the pictures - enter the size in the height and width boxes
2. Right click the picture - choose size 

*** To apply the same height and width of the picture, enter the size of the picture in the Height and width boxes
